Sandy Creek Golf Course’s Junior Programs are a great way to introduce the game of golf to kids in an informative and fun filled way

Junior Program
Fundamental Camp
Ages: Boys & Girls 7 to 15
Days: June 15-17, June 29- July 1, or July 6-8
Time: 9:00am to 11:00am
Price: $90 (T-Shirt Included!)
Registration for Camp #1, June 15-17 has closed.
Participants Receive Instruction On:
Grip, stance, swing, putting, chipping, irons and woods
Camp Schedule:
Stretching for all age groups, swing evaluations at the driving range, putting drills on the putting green, chipping, short iron practice on the practice green & daily contests.
Notes:
– Campers should bring their own set of clubs
– Can only sign up for one camp
Junior Program
Junior Instructional League
Ages: Boys & Girls 10 to 17
Monday: June 15th thru July 13th
Tuesday: June 16th thru July 14th – Registration has filled
Price: $120
Registration for the Tuesday Junior League has closed.
On the First Day of League – Orientation will be held 11:30 am- 2pm for all participants on either June 16th or June 17th (Dependent on the day of league signed up for)
Explanation of how the league will be set up, expectations, golf etiquette, and a brief lesson will be had on driving the ball, chipping, and putting. From there on, each junior golfer will get a designated tee time for the following 4 weeks.
Expectations after the First Week of League:
– Instructors will be on the course to offer supervision, instruction, and player assistance.
– Tee Times start at 11:30 a.m. Each junior golfer will be given a designated tee time that will remain the same each week. If there are any questions as to when their tee time is, please call the ProShop at 734-242-7200
– Arrive 15 minutes prior to designated tee time and be ready at the tee box 5 minutes prior to Tee Off Time
Notes:
– Please know that each junior player must know the fundamentals of golf to be a part of the Junior League
– We will try to accommodate a foursome when possible but there is NO guarantee! Our goal is to pair groups together by age & skill level to help create the best learning experience for each junior golfer
